Build the dashboard for operating an internet businesses anywhere in the world.

Stripe builds great tools and user experiences for running an online business. The Stripe Dashboard is the tool that hundreds of thousands of businesses use to manage billions of dollars in revenue. The Payments Dashboard team is responsible for building out the features that enable everyone from business owners to operational teams to complete their critical workflows using the Stripe Dashboard.

Our mission is to continue to evolve the Dashboard into one of the most loved and useful pieces of software that its users use day-to-day.

You will:

  • Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity and quality
  • Aide the team in working with other leaders at Stripe to define and develop the Dashboard abstractions needed to deliver great product experiences
  • Work with other engineering teams to understand and improve their productivity in the Dashboard
  • Help define and enforce Dashboard quality standards and their measurement
  • Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
  • Recruit engineers that are amongst the best in the industry, from outreach through close
  • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the engineering management team
