Engineering Manager, Connect San Francisco
Build Stripe’s payment platform for marketplaces and platforms
Stripe makes it easy for anyone on the internet to access the global financial system. Connect is the payments platform for platforms. Marketplaces and platforms use Connect to accept money and pay out to third parties. This team builds the infrastructure and products that make it easy for platforms to route funds, onboard and manage their recipients, and operate their platform at scale.
We’re looking for a manager to join this team and grow Stripe’s most differentiated product.
- Work with engineers and other leaders at Stripe to design and build our Connect product
- Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity and quality
- Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with Stripe’s recruiting team
- Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe’s engineering management team
