The GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and leaders across Stripe to drive initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter to join the Global Sales Enablement team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. The AMER Enablement Lead will drive continuous enablement in the Americas to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization leveraging strategic frameworks, closely partnering with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $148,100 - $209,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
