About the team
To further this important mission, we are looking for a Recruiting
Manager to help lead a team of Operations Recruiters dedicated to build
out Stripes first delivery center. This person must have a strong focus
on people management and development. We’re a small but mighty team, and
are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our
company and enhance Stripe’s effort to attract, recruit, and retain
diverse talent.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of full-cycle recruiters to deliver excellent
performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their
professional development
- Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate
reporting of hiring progress
- Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR,
finance and others to scale hiring across our offices
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by
driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral
channels
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive
decisions and improve processes
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be

Minimum requirements
- 4+ years of Recruiting management experience (preferably within a
similar environment to Stripe)
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting
process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
- Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment and provide team
clarity to ambiguous situations
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Passion for developing more early career recruiters and managers and
providing coaching and guidance
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all
levels
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing
environment
