As the Financial Crimes Control Testing Program Lead, you will help drive the overall Control Testing strategy, planning and execution of various Control Testing projects and initiatives. You will also manage the day-to-day Quality Assurance program. This is a high impact role that involves close partnership with the Financial Crimes operational and partner teams, with opportunities to brief senior management and shape the strategic direction of the program. Scope and design control testing plans, in accordance with applicable policies and procedures for Stripe’s Financial Crimes Program Partner with stakeholder teams to implement control testing across our Financial Crimes operations
Deliver regular control testing reports for senior management, highlighting results, recommendations for enhancements, and enhancement efforts as needed Prepare monthly management reporting outlining QA scores and trends, noting any issues and recommended enhancements taken, and working with senior stakeholders to address Organize and prepare metrics and ongoing management reports related to the quality management program assessments, including any issues identified, outstanding action plans, and progress against plan

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience across controls testing and/or quality assurance within the payments space
  • Relevant industry qualifications, either in Compliance, Audit, or a related industry
  • Advanced SQL abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Superior writing, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
