Core Operations delivers systematic & scalable support for regulatory enablement, encompassing the areas of verification requirement updates, privacy, public policy, data locality and complaints. We help the company adapt to a changing environment, anticipate and respond to challenges, and advocate for the needs of our users. Specifically, the Core Operations team enables users to adhere to evolving regulatory and financial partners’ requirements in each jurisdiction that Stripe operates in while minimizing user friction.
What you’ll do
Stripe is looking for a program manager to join Core Operations to scale verification updates. This person will work closely with our Operations, Product, Legal & Engineering teams, in addition to multiple other stakeholders across Stripe to build the operational infrastructure enabling successful Stripe support and scale regulatory compliance for newly launched products and programs. As a result, you’ll ensure Stripe user experience is always top of mind and impact on their business is minimized. The successful candidate flourishes in a fast-paced, ambiguous and collaborative environment and is excited to solve complex problems.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €80,200 - €120,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
