Product Manager, Emerging Product Support
The Support Products team develops and applies technology to solve customer problems at scale; and as a consequence unlocks growth across the entirety of Stripe’s product suite.
That product suite is growing beyond Stripe’s traditional merchant base and into new customer personas. These new personas are an entirely new customer segment that has a very different shape to our existing customers. This will impact both how we serve these users at a technical level, as well as where and how we meet them in the product. As a Product Manager on the Support Products PM team, you’ll be responsible for defining what it means to provide support for these emerging product areas; for turning ambiguity into clarity; and enabling our partner teams across Stripe to integrate Support into their experiences from launch.
You will need to:
- Deeply understand this customer segment through direct conversation, qualitative and quantitative research
- Create the strategy for delivering an effective support experience for this new customer segment alongside Stripe’s existing users
- Define and build a product support platform that empowers Product teams at Stripe to launch with a world class support experience for their users
- Define Stripe’s virtual assistance and automation strategy
