The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) Processes and Business Solutions team
is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales
organization, partnering closely with the sales and teams across Stripe
to drive initiatives aimed at ensuring the success of our users and our
team-members. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong technical
background who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity,
operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving complex process and
system problems with limited oversight. This role will own the business
solution architecture and help design and build Sale’s Vendor and
Partner’s teams’ system workflows holistically, while ensuring we are
meeting the needs of the organization. You will architect and document
business processes, user stories, system requirements and success
criteria. You will review systems throughput and determine areas for
improvement throughout the business systems landscape. This role is
highly cross-functional and will be working closely with Sales, Platform
Engineering, Data Engineering, PMM, Sales Enablement, GTM Partners and
Vendor teams.
You will:
- Work closely with cross functional teams to establish and streamline
business processes and system workflows (Salesforce, Marketo, etc) to
improve productivity for Vendor and Partner teams
- Build consistent foundational framework and solutions that will
address key business challenges
- Design, build, automate, and maintain services to support Sales and
partner teams’ system workflows to reduce manual and redundancy
- Responsible for driving alignment and clearly communicate with
stakeholders to provide updates and mitigate risk
- Act as the primary business contact to proactively addressing
cross-functional teams challenges, systems, data and tooling gaps and
owning engagement between Sales and partner teams
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
across the revenue operations and cross functional teams
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 6+ years of business processes architect, revenue operations, or
consultant background
- Experience building GTM systems, including Salesforce and Sales
productivity tools
- Mastery-level knowledge and skills within a wide variety of process
improvement, design, and implementation disciplines
- A strong track record of executing on GTM and organizational
transformation and comfortable operating with incomplete data and
adapting / re-prioritizing activities as business needs change
- Deep problem solving and analysis experience (solving business
problems - commercial, operational, financial) - in a sales-oriented
environment
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience,
influencing across all levels from front lines to C-Suite. You set a
high-bar in terms of communication effectiveness
