The Private Equity Partnerships (PEP) team is responsible for Stripe’s relationships with growth equity and private equity firms. We are looking for someone to lead a team of high-performing Private Equity Partnerships Managers. You will play a critical role in building and managing relationships with top growth and private equity investors, with the goal of becoming trusted strategic partners that help drive revenue and profit growth for their portfolio companies.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to expand Stripe product use within PE-backed companies to drive portfolio company growth & profitability. Your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate firms to target, maintaining executive relationships with PE firms and their portfolio companies to establish new business in those accounts, and working closely with the Stripe sales team to drive the day-to-day interactions with the portfolio companies in order to build long-term business opportunities. You’ll also work closely with product management and marketing teams on strategic initiatives focused on private equity and their portfolios.

You’re highly collaborative and work well in team settings, but are also comfortable working independently to identify opportunities and to communicate, support and defend your position. The annual US base salary range for this role is $240,900 - $361,300. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
