Stripe is looking for a People Partner Manager (HRBP) to drive that effort in either our GTM or Core Orgs. This includes supporting our leaders and managers through scale, creating an environment where Stripes of all backgrounds can thrive, aligning our business and technical strategy with our people strategy, using data to develop best practices from 1st principles.
As a People Partner Manager, you’ll help make Stripe a great place to work and grow. You’ll work with senior business leaders, managers, and employees across Stripe to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people grow, develop and deliver exceptional impact to our users.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $196,900 - $295,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
