Removing the barriers to online commerce helps more new businesses get started, expedites growth for existing companies, and increases economic output and trade globally.

We’re looking for an experienced individual to join our growing marketing operations team and help us to drive innovation and optimization through marketing technology. The ideal candidate knows B2B marketing, has integrated/orchestrated marketing technology platforms, and has developed tools to improve team productivity. In this role you will be the technical expert supporting marketing. This includes building solutions to meet business needs, coordinating with stakeholders to execute A/B tests, and working hand in hand with our technical teams to enable new functionality. You are ultimately accountable for delivering tools and integrations as defined by the project scope.

You will:

  • Identify and capture business needs and requirements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Create email and landing page templates in Marketo
  • Execute experiments and A/B tests 
  • Develop tools to improve team productivity
  • Stay up to date with marketing technologies, vendors, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, privacy, and legal requirements
  • Ensure our marketing technology stack is utilized effectively
  • Drive the advancement of our marketing technologies and capabilities
  • Educate stakeholders on new capabilities and best practices

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years experience working in a Marketing operations role
  • 3+ years of web development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.) 
  • 1+ years back end development experience (.NET, Ruby, Node.js, APIs, etc.)
  • Experience with modern software development practices (Git, Jira, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo APIs
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and reporting tools
  • Strong experience in planning, scoping, and priority setting
  • Proven history of working with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong collaboration skills to drive business requirements
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
