ER function at Stripe can also take on a broader remit with the
organization and are looking for someone who is interested and able to
expand the function to include additional areas such as crisis
management, and drive proactive initiatives to help us build strong,
healthy organizations that fully live our operating principles.
We are looking for a Head of Global Employee Relations to lead our
growing Employee Relations team. This role is a new addition to the team
and we are looking to bring in a leader that can bring both deep
expertise and a propensity for innovation to help build an ER function
for Stripe. You will have deep subject matter expertise in ER and HR,
but also will bring strong business acumen, creative problem solving
skills, and the ability to co-create a function that is designed for
Stripe. The Employee Relations team will be a highly cross-functional
and collaborative organization that works with all of Stripe.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $269,800 - $380,900. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
