Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions
of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious
startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and
accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the
GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That
means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy
within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your
career.
Stripe’s payments products have helped to accelerate many of the world’s
most innovative companies, and the Payments Methods team owns one of
Stripe’s most critical workflows, a platform that processes billions of
dollars in payments annually. The Wallets team builds and maintains
local payment methods relevant to Stripe’s merchants and their buyers
(like ApplePay, GPay, CashApp, MobilePay, etc). The team is focused on
increasing the coverage and adoption of locally preferred payment
methods for all our users. This is one of the few places in the world
where moving information literally means moving money.
