As an Account Executive, SMB/ Startup, you will drive Stripe’s future
growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and
turning them into happy Stripe users. You'll manage to generate both
outbound and inbound leads (as the first point of contact for many new
and growing businesses interested in Stripe) and handle the full sales
cycle through onboarding new users. You're an energetic and organized
self-starter; you understand the sales process, can build relationships
with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and
communicate the specific benefits of Stripe appropriate for each user.
You will be a key driver of revenue growth for the company, and on the
front lines for evangelizing our product to prospective and existing
users.

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is ¥9,775,000 - ¥13,225,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
