The Account Executive, SMB team is a highly consultative sales team that
is responsible for the growth of Stripe’s largest and fastest growing
Startup and SMB customers. As an Account Executive, SMB team member,
you’ll identify new opportunities for our clients to get the most out of
Stripe by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, execute scaled sales
strategies to close upsell and renewals with existing Stripe customers,
and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Stripe’s
offering.
We’re looking for a well-rounded strategic seller who can build strong
relationships with Stripe’s clients and manage high velocity deal
cycles.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,700 - $217,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
