Our Global Product Sales team is hiring a Payments Product Sales Account Executive. Payments are at the core of Stripe’s business. In a global business environment, payments are complex and require deep enterprise to drive strategic conversations with our users.
This Account Executive will drive conversion and cost optimization sales conversations covering the Optimized Checkout Suite including Payment Element, Checkout, Strategic Payment Methods, and Link. This team will supplement efforts by core teams and shift from a pull to a push model targeting strategic accounts that can drive maximum value for users.

As a Payment Product Account Executive at Stripe, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of Stripe’s payment offerings with both new and existing customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive strategic deals. You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers – and building and executing against our go to market strategy for new products.
You’re a natural people person who is as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders (including executives). You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €174,800 - €262,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
